Welcome to our Site Help. Here you’ll find answers to Frequently Asked Questions and other anticipated potholes users may face.
If your question isn’t here, or you feel our explanation isn’t as helpful as it could be, you can Contact us on our Facebook page or via our Live Help Chat system (the orange button on the right of the site).
The most likely issue is that you have selected a username which is already taken. Make sure you scroll up to the top of the page and look for any error messages which may indicate what the problem is. If the error you see is to do with a username already being taken, simply choose another, more complicated username which is unlikely to be already taken.
If you are clicking “Login” but are not getting the Login pop-up window, please try logging in via our dedicated login page.
You need to register before you can login.

We offer two types of practice questions:

You may be trying to take the test without being registered or logged in. If you are not registered, please register here. Once you are registered, you can go to “Test” on our main menu, and select the “K53 Learner’s test” to take the practice test. If you are not logged in, please click “Login” at the top right of the page. Once logged in, follow our menu links to the K53 Learner’s Test.
If you have done all of the questions, you need to clear your test history before you can do the mock test questions again. To do this, go to the K53 Learner’s Test while logged in and click “Clear All”. This will clear your testing history and allow you to redo the test.
If you are unable to take the test and have not completed all the mock test questions, you could try updating your browser, or trying a different one. (Alternatives to Internet Explorer include Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Opera.)
You need to be logged in to see your test scores. You can either go through the K53 testing area, where you click on “Results Summary”, or you can reach this area by going to Your Dashboard and clicking on “View your results summary“.
